Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop the overall creative vision for the in-game presentation, aligning with the team's brand and fan engagement goals.
Conceptualize and storyboard innovative visual elements, animations, and graphics for the video board.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to integrate sponsor messaging seamlessly into the presentation.
Stay up to date on industry trends and technology advancements in-game presentation.
Oversee the production of all in-game content, including video segments, music playlists, graphics, and animations.
Manage the gameday production schedule, ensuring all elements run smoothly and on time.
Work with control room staff to execute the planned presentation flawlessly.
Supervise the creation of engaging pre-game, in-game, and post-game content.
Develop and manage storylines and highlights to showcase players and team achievements.
Source and curate engaging content like fan videos, social media highlights, and contests.
Work with technical staff to troubleshoot any issues during production.
Effectively collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, sales, public relations, and operations, to ensure a cohesive gameday experience.
Communicate clearly with the production team, providing clear direction and expectations.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the game presentation in engaging fans.
Work with Third-party Crewing to schedule gameday production staff.
Develop a plan for student-based creative involvement.
Create and manage within approved parameters all department budgets.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
Familiar with File-based workflows (Sony Ci)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working in sports entertainment or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments (marketing, sales, operations, etc.)
Project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
A strong sense of design aesthetics and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative concepts for in-game presentations.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
