We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Broadcast to lead all aspects of live event and digital content programming & production for the LA Clippers and Intuit Dome.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in producing high-quality content for broadcasting, streaming, and other digital platforms. They will also work closely with other departments to ensure that all production and broadcast operations throughout the arena run smoothly and efficiently.

The scope of this position encompasses a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation with the transition of numerous daily events. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.

Opened in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it will redefine fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.
Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

What You Will Do
- Oversee all aspects of live event production, including directing, producing, editing, and broadcasting.
- Lead a team of professionals and part-time staff, including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Develop and implement production schedules and budgets that meet the needs of the arena and its partners.
- Partner with other departments to ensure that all broadcast and production operations are aligned with the organization's goals.
- Work alongside game presentation team to ensure optimized use of audio, lighting, graphics, special effects, etc., throughout games.
- Oversee relationship with regional and national broadcasters to ensure proper support and all operational logistics are addressed for home games
- Act as the technical lead on all control room needs. Ensuring adequate systems are implemented to support the vision and needs of the arena.
- Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of all press conferences.
- Ensure that all broadcast and production operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and recommend new equipment and technologies as necessary.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors, partners, and sponsors.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in live event production and broadcast, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of the broadcasting industry, including technical and legal aspects, content production, and distribution, audience research, and new technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or related field. Live sports experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff, partners, and vendors.
- Strong technical knowledge of broadcast and production equipment and software.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Due to the nature of this industry, this role must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays as required

Compensation
- The range for this position is $150,000- $175,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- The role is classified as exempt.
