Senior Network Programming Coordinator- Entertainment Studios Cable Networks


Entertainment Studios is seeking a Senior Network Programming Coordinator for our Cable

Networks department. This position is responsible for assisting with program scheduling,

program log management, and will provide day-to-day operational support to the Cable Networks department and Ad Sales team as required.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for processing programming schedules, media assets and linear reports.
  • Assists with composition and distribution of Weekly Programming Guide.
  • Helps develop a streamlined episode content and general networks library.
  • Works with Post Production Supervisor on obtaining producer programming schedules and episode information including delivery to outside uplink facility.
  • Work independently to gather and accurately input data into WhatsOn (WideOrbit Program)
  • Work within WhatsOn (WideOrbit Program) to integrate schedules into WideOrbit
  • Network for log distribution.
  • Work in Wide Orbit Network to process and check logs
  • Assist with Traffic Operations as needed
  • Will work closely with various levels of management and staff within the Sales,
  • Programming, Research, Operations, Marketing and Finance departments, as well as
  • third party vendors on content distribution.
  • Assist in other areas as needed and/or assigned by management


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience. Traffic/programming experience a huge plus.
  • Knowledge of WideOrbit Software or any advertiser management platform a plus; particularly WhatsOn (WO Program), WO Network, or both.
  • Proficient in all Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Google Drive and File Explorer.
  • The ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills; particularly with working remote and keeping up with multiple email, Google Chat, and Google Meet windows.
  • BA/BS or equivalent.
