What This Position Is All About:
The Digital Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by creating engaging designs and animations for marketing materials. This role requires effective design skills for a wide range of digital marketing components (emails, site assets, digital advertising, and social media). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the creative & marketing teams to ensure seamless adherence to processes and the achievement of goals, while proactively identifying and addressing any challenges that may arise.

As the Graphic Designer you will:

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create innovative designs and compelling stories in line with each season's inspiration and franchise campaigns.

• Create digital layouts and gif animations using existing templates.

• Maintain the level of excellence in all creative with a keen eye for typography, graphic design, illustration, photography and animation.

• Work independently and collaboratively as needed, to complete a variety of design and production tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Follow project from concept to final approval ensuring integrity of creative concept is kept in focus throughout.

• Ensures proper sign off process-proofreads and verifies content & specs for all projects assigned.

• Stay current with the latest developments in the field of design and emerging technologies.

Who You Are:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

• 4 or more years of experience in graphic design in a branded content, agency, editorial or marketing environment.

• Strong conceptual abilities, sophisticated sense of color and editorial layout with an eye for cropping/selecting photography.

• Excellent knowledge of design, typography and branding fundamentals.

• Full understanding of digital platforms to ensure all electronic files are built responsibly (smallest size, proper naming conventions and error free).

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and Figma (Sketch and Adobe XD comparable)

• Strong organizational and time management skills to work efficiently without compromising quality. Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.

• Possess good interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Solutions-oriented. Highly driven. Proactive and takes initiative.

• An interest in the fashion/luxury e-commerce industry.
