Our mission is to amplify the voices of independent talent and empower musicians with the tools they need to succeed.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and experienced Videographer/Editor to help bring our content to life. You’ll be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality videos with exceptional lighting, multi-camera angles for interviews and audio content. The podcast in the form of interviews and live performances. We need someone with experience in filming that is engaging, brand-aligned, and optimized for digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Record and edit content (video and audio) for YouTube, Spotify, and other platforms.
  • Set up, operate, and tear down video and audio equipment for studio recordings (need to have your own equipment)
  • Ensure exceptional lighting, filming, and audio quality in every project.
  • Manage multi-camera shoots and sync audio with video content.
  • Edit footage to create compelling long-form and short-form content (YouTube episodes, TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, trailers, etc.).
  • Create engaging content and visuals in collaboration with brand identity and marketing
  • Optimize videos for platforms like YouTube (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency with the brand and creative vision.

  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably with podcast or interview- style content
    • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
    • Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
    • Experience with color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics is a plus.
    • Knowledge of social media trends and video best practices.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
    • Portfolio or reel of past podcast/YouTube/video work required.
    • Ability to travel a few hours outside of LA for filming projects as needed.

  • Nice to Have:
    • Familiarity with YouTube SEO and analytics.
    • Experience with live streaming platforms (e.g., StreamYard, OBS).
    • Graphic design or thumbnail creation experience.

    • If you are a musician or have a passion for music, it is a plus.
