JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX News Media is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Brand Strategy & Consumer Experience to join our dynamic team. You will lead a team of digital and social-first marketers passionate about driving awareness and engagement through breakthrough paid and earned media strategies. Working closely with our social team and handling all paid media planning, your focus will be to leverage our content and social media to delight our core audience while also expanding and reaching new audiences.

This position reports to the Chief Digital and Marketing Officer.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives across all platforms
Lead a team of digital and social-first marketers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
Drive brand awareness and engagement through earned media channels, as well as through marketing-created and editorial content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives across all brands and platforms.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media and content marketing, and share insights with the team to drive innovation.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media and content marketing.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have driven brand awareness and engagement.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and the media.
High level of creativity and a passion for storytelling through content.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $259,000.00-350,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
