Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate multi-channel CRM-campaigns (China CRM platforms, SMS and mobile app) to maximize commercial opportunities through collaboration with internal marketing partners, cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Manage and execute the full lifecycle of multi-channel CRM campaigns, including developing campaign calendars, crafting content strategies and designs, segmenting communications, and implementing personalization techniques to enhance engagement.
Establish and maintain tracking & reporting mechanisms to evaluate campaign performance, supporting ongoing CRM program & campaign optimization by analyzing key metrics.
Assess campaign effectiveness using data-driven methodologies, leveraging analytics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and enhance ROI
Drive CRM initiatives tailored to market objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Conduct thorough competitive analyses and provide actionable recommendations based on competitive reviews, insights, and industry best practices.

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business, Management or Marketing
At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience in China CRM, project management, mobile app communication and content
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, copywriting and communication skill
Proficiency in CRM campaign performance tracking and reporting
Experience with CDP platforms is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience managing CRM campaigns on major social platforms in China and mobile app
Fluent written and spoken English, Chinese, Mandarin
