About the Client
Our client is the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, known for revolutionizing the way global audiences engage with content. They're seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to support their regional talent initiatives and drive operational excellence across their talent programs.
Contract Details:
- Type: W2 Contract through Talent Table
- Location: On-site in Los Angeles, CA (2–3 days/week required)
- Duration: 7 months
- Rate: Up to $55/hour
- Benefits: Available through Talent Table
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No H1B, No C2C)
Key Responsibilities
Event & Program Coordination
- Own end-to-end logistics for learning events and workshops (virtual & in-person)
- Schedule and support meetings: logistics, agendas, note-taking, technical support
- Coordinate swag, materials, communication, and room setup
- Partner with the Corporate Events team for attendee management and smooth execution
Operations & Project Support
- Manage day-to-day execution of talent programs and offerings
- Track projects and key initiatives using tools like Asana and Airtable
- Collect feedback, report on attendance, and recommend improvements
- Support content creation, document management, and digital asset library updates
- Collaborate cross-functionally on program improvements and reporting
Contract & Vendor Management
- Manage contracts and SOWs post-execution
- Handle vendor documentation, budget tracking, and invoice approvals
- Track deliverables, timelines, and support renewals and compliance
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in project coordination, program operations, or similar
- Expertise in Google Workspace, Airtable, Workday, and collaboration tools like Zoom or Asana
- Experience with presentation tools (Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Previous experience managing contracts, vendors, and budgets
