Range is seeking an Assistant in Endorsements & Brand Marketing division. This group works with the world’s leading brands, merging marketing and entertainment. The assistant will act as “matchmaker” between brands and talent for celebrity endorsements as well as service brand retainer clients in the entertainment marketing space (product placement/integration, brand ambassador management, event coordination, etc.). The ideal candidate is ambitious for a progressive career in branding and marketing and is adaptable in a fast-paced work environment with a passion for entertainment and culture. The Assistant will be responsible for administrative support, with extensive opportunities to contribute to the growth of the division (research, ideation, presentations, pitching, etc.).

Required Competencies/Skills:

• 1–2 years of work experience with talent in advertising, PR, a studio, or an agency/management company
• Perform administrative duties including managing calendars, updating client materials, drafting pitches that highlight specific clients to talent buyers, preparing for meetings, providing script coverage, maintaining internal tracking documents, and submitting expenses
• Coordinate point-to-point VIP travel for clients and executives, ensuring a seamless experience
•  Book client glam, grooming, styling, and security services
• Create detailed client schedules and manage all logistics for travel, shoot, and PR days, acting as the talent’s point of contact
• Compile and track incoming castings for branded opportunities and submit relevant talent in a timely manner
• Create decks for pitches and contribute to creative brainstorming
• Track and meticulously maintain data grids
• Proficient in using presentation software (Keynote, Google Slides, Canva, etc.)
• Submit project and booking reports to accounting, facilitate billing setup and invoicing, and manage payment follow-up in coordination with accounting
• Curate and coordinate gifting for talent and buyers
• Highly organized; able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a strict level of confidentiality
• Resourceful in gathering information and solving problems; perform client research
• Well-versed in pop culture
• Contribute to pitch efforts; some prior experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, or public relations

The base salary range for this position is between $21 and $23 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
