Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. THE JOB
OMG23 is seeking a Specialist, Search and Social to work on the Disney performance marketing-driven campaigns. The Specialist is responsible for strategizing and executing paid social, search and programmatic campaigns. The Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure that the strategy aligns with overall media goals, in addition to building ongoing client relationships while developing and executing campaigns.

Compensation Range
$60,000—$69,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

THE JOB
OMG23 is seeking a Specialist, Search and Social to work on the Disney performance marketing-driven campaigns. The Specialist is responsible for strategizing and executing paid social, search and programmatic campaigns. The Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure that the strategy aligns with overall media goals, in addition to building ongoing client relationships while developing and executing campaigns.
- Please note this is a paid media position, not a content creation or social community management role.
- Develop, manage, execute, and report on paid social efforts across various social media platforms (Meta, X, Snapchat, etc.)
- Create and develop complex audience targeting
- Post and boost client content on various social channels
- Manage daily budget pacing
- Demonstrate proficiency with basic bid management and optimizations
- Thorough QA of all campaign executions and reporting
- Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Recognize campaign issues and escalate appropriately
- Monitor and optimize campaigns appropriately based on clients’ goals and data analysis
- Able to work and prioritize within timelines, and effectively communicate in both verbal and written
- Forecast and execute paid search strategies on Google, Bing, and YouTube Discovery
- Develop, manage, execute, and report on paid campaigns
- Including but not limited to: account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
- Oversee ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives
- Daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives
- Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement on a regular basis
- Proficiency with reporting, analytics, and trend tools (i.e. Doubleclick Search, Google Trends, etc.)
- Forecast and track paid search demand and regularly communicate findings to the client

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of work experience planning, executing and optimizing paid social marketing campaigns preferably in the Retail, Direct-To-Consumer, Telecom or Automotive industries; experience planning, executing and optimizing in paid search and/or programmatic a plus
- Basic understanding of online marketing including programmatic SEM, SEO, display and paid social
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
- Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
- Self-starter able to deal with ambiguity and adaptable
- Analytical mindset. Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
- Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely with strong presentation skills
- Proven team player and works well under pressure
- Strong Excel skills required
