Position Overview
FaZe Media is seeking a visionary Integrated Marketing Director to drive our explosive growth at the forefront of gaming, entertainment, and youth culture. This pivotal role will orchestrate high-impact B2B brand partnerships with creator-driven campaigns, serving as a strategic linchpin between our Sales, Creative, Content, and Production teams. You’ll craft bold, authentic go-to-market strategies and compelling pitch narratives that resonate with sophisticated media buyers while staying true to FaZe Clan’s disruptive ethos. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of integrated marketing or brand strategy experience, a proven track record of executing client-facing campaigns, and an instinctive grasp of Gen Z and gaming culture to amplify our global influence
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing & GTM Strategy
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Creative, and Talent teams to craft tailored, high-impact go-to-market (GTM) narratives for B2B brand partnership opportunities, ensuring authenticity with FaZe Clan’s brand identity, Sales positioning, and Brand Partner needs
- Partner with Creative and Talent teams to scope feasibility of campaign concepts, ensuring executable strategies that resonate with media buyers in the B2B space.
- Work with a designer to develop visually compelling, persuasive pitch decks that effectively communicate campaign value propositions to sophisticated media buyers.
Client Campaign Strategy
- Lead the development of bespoke advertising and branded content programs for prospective and existing B2B partners, tailored to meet client KPIs and FaZe Clan’s creative standards.
- Partner with Creative, Production, and Social teams to ensure campaign deliverables are strategically sound, creatively bold, and executed with precision to meet client expectations.
Corporate Communications:
- Partner with a PR agency to shape and execute a robust B2B communications strategy, crafting impactful messaging for press, trade media, and community-facing updates tailored to media buyers and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency and clarity across partner and industry-facing communications, reinforcing FaZe Clan’s leadership in the creator economy.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Serve as a strategic connector between Sales, Creative, Talent, and Production teams to align on brand initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- Partner with Creative and Talent teams to validate campaign feasibility and maintain adherence to FaZe Clan’s brand vision throughout execution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or similar roles (agency or in-house) with a proven track record in the B2B media buying landscape.
- Deep expertise in the brand partnership lifecycle, creative advertising processes, and working with media buyers to secure and execute partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience marketing to Gen Z audiences, particularly in gaming, content, or fashion verticals.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with a focus on creating persuasive pitch decks, campaign messaging, and sales materials for B2B audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage diverse stakeholder needs, and drive collaboration with Creative and Talent teams to ensure campaign feasibility and executional excellence.
- Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, culturally driven environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
- Experience partnering with designers to create visually compelling pitch decks that resonate with B2B media buyers.

- Prior experience at a youth culture or creator-first brand with a focus on B2B partnerships.
- Strong familiarity with the gaming ecosystem, creator economy, and media buying trends.
- Established network across media, entertainment, or brand partnership ecosystems, particularly with media buyers and decision-makers.
