As our Motion Graphics Design Intern, you will spend the 2023-2024 NBA season supporting our Marketing department by creating engaging and unique content for the Rose Quarter digital signage, in-arena LED’s, content for the Trail Blazers digital channel and other fan facing motion graphic productions.

As Our Motion Graphic Design Intern, You Will

Produce motion graphic and production design for all Trail Blazers content channels.

Design and create sponsorship animations for Moda Center in-arena displays.

Design co-branded promotional and collateral materials for Trail Blazers corporate partners.

Support with photo shoots, video shoots, archiving, management, and manipulation.

Assists with conceptual and storytelling productions.

Assist in general Marketing department projects, events, promotions, and activities.

Composites elements to be used in player personality videos, arena opens and other videos.

Provide general support to the Motion Graphic Design team and organization as needed.

We’d Like To Hear From You If You

Are at least 18 years of age.

Have an exciting design portfolio to demonstrate experience.

Can primarily work on Mac and PC platforms.

Are proficient in (CC) Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and some understanding of Adobe Premiere.

Have a creative, innovative mindset and are a dedicated problem solver.

Can move around campus and events, bend, reach, and lift materials that are 20-50lbs.

Are team-oriented with the ability to work effectively as a team and collaborate with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Can prioritize, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and stay organized with an attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Are open and responsive to feedback and changes.

Maintain a high-level of confidentiality and exercise discretion when working with sensitive or proprietary information.

Are available to work a flexible schedule, which could include office hours, Trail Blazers home games, and evening/weekend responsibilities.
