Job Description
The Miami HEAT Content team is looking for passionate, motivated, and creative interns to join our production department for the 2025–26 NBA season. (August - May 2026 End of Season) This is a hands-on educational internship designed for junior or senior-level college students pursuing careers in video production, content creation, or digital media.

As an intern, you'll gain real-world experience supporting all areas of our content production pipeline—from organizing historical footage and logging NBA highlights to working live game nights inside our studio and control room.

- Organize, log and archive historical clips, player interviews, and highlight reels
- Record and log NBA games, plays, and press content
- Support game-night production from the control room and studio
- Label and enter game reels and ENG tapes into the media library system
- Assist with archiving media clips from events, games, and broadcasts
- Shadow content team members during film shoots, interview sessions, and community events
- Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional exposure

- Must be a currently enrolled junior or senior at an accredited college/university
- Strong computer proficiency and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Passion for content creation, storytelling, and sports media
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior production, media, and editing experience is a plus (but not required)
- Interns must work a minimum of 25 hours per week, up to 29 hours
- This is a paid internship
- Students must provide official documentation from their school verifying enrollment and internship eligibility
