Your New Role

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead; the Talent Acquisition Assistant will support the Studio Ops team responsible for the acquisition and placement of top internal and external talent within the Warner Bros Discovery’s Studio Ops function across the UK.

In this 12-monthFTC/ secondment, your primary purpose is to support best-in-class attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding of candidates for all roles within the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, positioning Warner Bros. Discovery as an Employer of Choice.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Support the Studio Ops TA (Talent Acquisition) team throughout the full-cycle recruitment process.

  • Assist with the preparation and running of assessment days.

  • Help organise and attend career fairs and industry related events where relevant.

  • Participate in special projects that support continuous business process improvement.  

  • Work with Early Careers to identify early careers opportunities where appropriate within Studio Ops. 

  • Work closely with Operations to ensure that a superior candidate experience reflective of our values is being adhered to across all recruitment.  

  • Update and manage the Warner Media ATS on a timely basis to ensure accurate reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

  • An interest in gaining experience within a corporate environment.

  • Previous experience within the Momentous Program highly desirable, although not essential.

  • An active interest in diversity, equity and inclusion.

  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and ownership of work.  Able to multi-task and self-prioritise.  

  • Capable of absolute discretion and confidentiality.  

  • A sense of urgency and pace with a strong customer satisfaction focus, able to build effective relationships and collaborate with a wide variety of individuals.

Working Pattern

In this role you will be expected to be office based for 3 days per week in a hybrid setup. Office locations will be Leavesden and Central London.
