The Miami HEAT Content Studio is looking for a Jr. Producer/Editor with a passion for creating content that energizes, entertains, and connects with fans in a live arena environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on fast-paced game nights, enjoys crafting hype videos, team and player features, and highlight-driven visuals, and wants to help create original content for one of the most dynamic in-venue experiences in the NBA.

Whether it’s editing a player highlight video, transforming Media Day footage into high-impact arena content, or experimenting with visual storytelling that keeps 20,000 fans on the edge of their seats, this role is built for a content creator who wants to grow and push boundaries.
You’ll also collaborate across the HEAT Content Studio Team including digital, long-form, and social teams and have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills in a championship-caliber creative environment.

You’ll also collaborate across the HEAT Content Studio Team including digital, long-form, and social teams and have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills in a championship-caliber creative environment.
- Concept, produce, and edit dynamic video content for the in-arena scoreboard (hype videos, player features, etc.)
- Use existing team footage, Media Day assets, and game content to create engaging visual stories that excite a live audience
- Collaborate with the in-arena presentation team and production crew to align content with run-of-show
- Contribute to content ideation sessions around game themes, event nights, and player spotlights
- Assist with Media Day and other content capture sessions, working closely with the Content Studio team
- Edit in-venue features that balance entertainment and brand storytelling (sound design, pacing, and visual punch are key)
- Occasionally assist on content that crosses into other parts f the Content Studio teams (digital, long-form, etc.), including opportunities for growth in storytelling and editing
- Maintain attention to detail and quality across projects while juggling quick turnaround timelines

- Experience editing for live event, broadcast, or sports entertainment formats (internships and college-level work welcomed)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere (After Effects, Photoshop a plus)
- Understanding of how to entertain a live crowd through visuals, pacing, music, and tone
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays during NBA season
- Collaborative mindset, willing to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-first culture
- Strong sense of timing, music selection, and visual rhythm
- Portfolio or reel showcasing relevant editing and content creation skills
