Job Description

Range is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide strategic, high-touch administrative support to a senior Executive. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, proactive problem-solver, and expert prioritizer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires impeccable judgment, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs ahead of time. This position is based on-site from the Company’s Santa Monica office.

Responsibilities

Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, meetings, and travel logistics; ensure seamless communication around priorities and schedule changes.
Serve as a key liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Screen, prioritize, and handle inbound/outbound calls, messages, and requests with discretion and accuracy.
Perform advanced administrative tasks, including document management, drafting correspondence, and organizing internal systems.
Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, briefings, and supporting materials.
Process and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; maintain and update internal resources as needed.
Conduct light research to support projects, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain department contact lists, holiday card distributions, and gift databases throughout the year.
Support planning and execution of premium events such as team offsites, leadership meetings, and company gatherings.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior-level executives; within marketing, advertising, or entertainment preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and tactfully at all levels.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with precision.
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven—able to anticipate needs and act with minimal direction.
Strong time-management skills and ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Zoom.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to “go the extra mile.”

Range Media Partners adheres to the state's pay transparency laws. We believe in fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment, and as such, we are committed to providing transparency regarding compensation. The base salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
