JOB TITLE: Senior Account Production Manager

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Manager, Account Production Management Group

EXEMPTION STATUS: Exempt

JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Account Production Manager is responsible for the successful management and partnership of cross-functional teams within an account to define, plan and deliver seamless virtual and live programs. This position develops and manages processes and schedules, manages forms, assigns resources, collaborates with departments, employees and contractors and tracks deliverables. The Sr. Account Production Manager can also step in to produce and account manage specific projects as needed. This position will oversee and train the Account Production Manager and Account Production Coordinator on their account or multiple accounts if applicable, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES: The general duties and responsibilities include:

  • Work directly with Account Executive Producer and Client Success team on daily basis for updates on needs
  • Manage on-boarding and briefings of new team members for each project
  • Manage resourcing and staffing of projects and acts as main contact with Resourcing Department on account resource needs
  • Work closely with the leads and producers to gather and track progress of various deliverables
  • Work with production team to develop and track against a production plan reflective of the defined project account goals
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, clarify project priorities, identify risks, and escalate challenges
  • Identify processes that can improve project efficiency
  • Ensure workflow and tracking documents are up to date

HOURS: The normal office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (40 hours per week). However, due to the nature and the scope of this position, days and hours may fluctuate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform job duties that may include an average amount of lifting (+ or – 25lbs.), sitting, bending, stooping and standing is required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Minimal travel is associated with this position. Travel for InVision related business is reimbursable at the amount allotted under state & federal guidelines.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: This position requires 3+ years of previous work experience and strong background with the event production industry. A college degree is required.

SALARY: The expected total compensation for this role is from $90,000.00 to $140,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, which if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for benefits including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
