Pay: $100–$300 per show (based on number of confirmed guests)

About the Role

You are the person who brings in the right people — therapists, experts, local voices, authors, influencers, survivors, and storytellers. You understand who fits the brand. Your job is to fill every episode with strong voices that make the show unmissable.

Responsibilities

Identify guests aligned with the show’s themes
Outreach via email, DM, and talent managers
Manage bookings, confirmations, and calendars
Coordinate pre-interview logistics
Collect guest bios, photos, and talking points
Handle cancellations + replacements quickly
Maintain a guest pipeline 4–6 weeks out

You’re perfect if you:

Have booked guests for podcasts or live shows
Are comfortable DM’ing and pitching professionals
Know how to write a compelling outreach message
Have great intuition about who “fits” a brand
Thrive on hitting weekly targets
Can handle a last-minute scramble without panic

HIRING: Producers for Women’s Podcast/Talk Show (DFW + Remote)

We are launching new weekly talk show/podcast that will live online and also air on local tv. We film every Tuesday or Thursday in DFW and produce smart, soulful, unfiltered conversations for women 25–45.

We are building a lean, high-quality team and hiring for multiple producer positions.
