About the role
As the Manager, Brand Marketing, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience. As a key collaborator between the marketing and creative teams, the ideal candidate will bring experience in brand marketing, brand creative, and executing innovative activations and experiences.
This role is based in our New York office/Atlanta office, requires weekly in-office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports to the Director of Brand.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
Job Description

- Obsess the SPANX consumer and her needs
- Campaign Innovation: Generate innovative ideas for editorial campaigns and experiential elements, including out-of-home and digital activations
- Brand Guardian: Ensure the team serves as guardians of the brand, consistently elevating it through high-quality work. Oversee editorial campaigns from conceptualization to brilliant execution, maintaining brand consistency in all messaging.
- Storytelling Expertise: Pair story concepts with a vision for bringing them to life across physical and digital platforms
- Collaboration: Work closely with the brand and design teams to ensure brand consistency and maintain the highest caliber of creative work across all campaigns.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver on campaign and project briefs
- You will be responsible for helping to define and uphold “SPANX Standards” driving brand and creative excellence through all forms of storytelling
- Work strategically to drive ideas and brand awareness, providing strong engagement through creative deliverables across all consumer channels.
Qualifications
We require…
- 5+ years of relevant marketing, creative strategy and/or content management experience is preferred
