About the Westchester Giants

The Westchester Giants are one of the fastest-growing youth baseball programs in New York, built on elite player development, family culture, and a professional standard both on and off the field. We are looking for a creative, reliable, and motivated Content Creator to help tell our story and elevate our brand through high-quality media.

Role Overview

The Westchester Giants Content Creator will be responsible for capturing and producing engaging video and photo content that showcases our players, coaches, teams, facility, and overall culture. This role is hands-on and requires someone who is comfortable filming live baseball action, conducting interviews, and creating short-form social media clips consistently throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities

Film baseball practices, games, tournaments, clinics, and events
Capture high-quality action shots (in-game, practice reps, celebrations, dugout moments, etc.)
Create short-form video clips optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
Conduct player and coach interviews using microphones (pre-game, post-game, spotlight features)
Shoot professional photos and videos of players, coaches, facility, and branding
Edit content into clean, engaging clips that match the Westchester Giants brand
Work closely with program leadership to highlight key moments, announcements, and achievements
Maintain organized media files and deliver content in a timely manner
Be available multiple days per week, including evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

Experience filming sports content (baseball preferred but not required)
Strong understanding of video composition, angles, and action timing
Comfortable using cameras, smartphones, microphones, and basic lighting
Skilled in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Creative eye for storytelling and social media trends
Professional, reliable, and great with kids and families
Passion for sports, youth development, and building a brand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
