Location: Dallas, TX | Type: Paid | Format: In-Person | Length: 12-Weeks

Comedy For The Internet is a comedy-focused creative studio based in Dallas, TX. We produce original sketch comedy for an online audience of over 400,000 fans, live monthly comedy shows, and commercial content for brands that want their message to be funny on purpose.

We’re offering in-person internships for driven, creative individuals who want hands-on experience in comedy production, social media strategy, and business development. This is a unique opportunity to work inside a growing studio that’s redefining how comedy gets made and shared online.

What You’ll Do

Your work as an intern at Comedy For The Internet may include:

·      Assisting with video shoots, including planning, scheduling, and on-set production

·      Building production decks, call sheets, and wrap books

·      Researching potential brand and agency partners

·      Supporting business development efforts with lead generation and pitch prep

·      Creating and organizing social media content calendars

·      Editing short-form video and photo content

·      Writing captions, titles, and other content copy for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

·      Pitching new content ideas and participating in brainstorms

Who You Are

·      A student or recent grad interested in media production and/or marketing

·      Organized, self-motivated, and willing to jump in wherever needed

·      Passionate about comedy, storytelling, and making cool stuff for the Internet

·      Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment

·      Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and available to work in-person 12–18 hours per week

·      *Access to a vehicle is not a requirement, but you’ll need to reliably travel to and from the studio. If you can’t be here, it’s going to be hard for you to participate!

This Internship Is Paid, AND

… you’ll get production credit, mentorship, portfolio-worthy experience, and an inside-track to join our roster of crew members. School credit is available if needed.
