The Jr, Creative Designer (Retail) will join the team to support the development of compelling, commercially sound, and innovative retail design concepts that elevate brand experience across diverse markets.
The ideal candidate brings creativity, cultural awareness, and a strong understanding of retail environments with a consumer-centric mindset. As part of our creative team, you’ll contribute to the design and execution of immersive retail spaces inspired by Disney franchises — translating iconic stories, characters, and worlds into physical environments that connect emotionally with guests.
This position plays a key role throughout the creative process, from ideation through execution, ensuring that every concept is not only visually engaging and trend-relevant but also aligned with brand storytelling and commercial goals.
The Jr, Creative Designer (Retail) will be responsible for:
- Supporting the conceptualization and development of original and trend-relevant retail designs for stores, pop-ups, shop-in-shops, and brand spaces.
- Translating creative briefs into tangible design proposals through hand sketches, mood boards, 3D modeling, and storytelling.
- Collaborating closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Retail, Commercial teams, etc.) to ensure alignment between design intent and brand identity.
- Staying ahead of retail, lifestyle, and design trends, integrating insights into innovative spatial concepts.
- Assisting in the creation of technical documentation, renderings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- 1 year of relevant experience in retail design, industrial design, architecture, or interior design with a focus on retail environments.
(Preferred industries: Retail Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design) - Technical expertise in conceptual design, freehand sketching, 3D modeling/rendering, and commercial layout development.
- Proficient in design tools: SketchUp, Rhino, 3Ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – Advanced level.
- Strong abilities in product conceptualization, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate level of English.
