Top Boutique Commercial talent agency seeks an experienced FULL-TIME assistant for their Commercial department. We are looking for someone who is a self starter, detail oriented, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an extremely fast paced, high volume environment. Minimum of 1-year Commercial On-Camera experience and working knowledge of Casting Network and Casting Frontier required.  Experience with InEntertainment software and SAG/AFTRA rates and contracts a plus, but not required.


This is a hybrid position working both at home and in the office. 



•Coordinate meetings and keep Agent’s schedule

•Communicate with clients and casting directors 

•Organize and update conflict and book out lists

•Schedule and confirm talent auditions



•Excellent communication /social skills

•Exceptional attention to detail

•Strong organizational skills

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment




•$38,000, OT is mandatory for the position at $27/hour

•Medical(50%), dental (100%) and vision(100%) coverage after 90 days

•2 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days and 2 personal days per year

•401K, eligible 12 month after hire date
