Cerené is seeking a Creative Content Lead to be the driving force behind all visual and digital storytelling. This role owns the full lifecycle of content creation from capturing moments on the ground to shaping them into powerful, on-brand stories that extend across all channels.

You will work directly with our CEO, Elise Madrick, to plan, produce and publish compelling content that reflects the brand. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role ideal for someone who thrives on both creativity and execution.

Responsibilities

Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photo and video content of workshops, leaders, and participants & film interviews, behind-the-scenes moments and social content with Elise

Video Editing & Production: Edit footage into polished reels, YouTube videos and promotional assets & support future podcast production and video editing needs

Content Creation & Social Media Management: Plan, write, design and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels & manage posting calendars, engagement, and analytics to drive growth

Graphic Design & Branding: Design graphics for social, email and website that align with each brand’s aesthetic & develop visual storytelling assets for presentations and marketing materials

Website Editing & Design: Update and refine our website, ensuring a seamless user experience and brand consistency

Cross-Platform Coordination: Ensure all creative assets are optimized for each platform and maintain a consistent brand voice and style

On-Site & International Work: On-site recording in Evanston & travel with the Cerené team to document Experiences and create content on location

Requirements

Proven experience in photography, videography, video editing and graphic design
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create cohesive, on-brand content across multiple platforms
Proficiency with Squarespace, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
Willingness and ability to travel internationally (passport required)
Creative eye for capturing candid, high-impact moments and turning them into engaging stories
Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to new challenges

Nice to Have

Experience with podcast production or editing
Familiarity with brand storytelling in a high-touch or experiential brand environment
