Job Description
About Night
Night is a next-generation media holding company redefining talent representation for the digital age. Night manages over 200 of the world’s most influential digital creators across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch. With a fully bootstrapped foundation and a digital-first ethos, Night has emerged as a cultural powerhouse at the intersection of entertainment, entrepreneurship, and the creator economy. The company’s comprehensive suite of services includes talent management, a venture studio, a rapidly growing licensing division, and a top-tier podcast network. As the traditional media landscape continues to evolve, Night is building the infrastructure that empowers individual creators to become global brands.
About The Role
Night is seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Director of Finance to build and lead core financial functions as the company enters its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the President, this person will own company-wide financial planning, performance analysis, and business modeling. The Director will play a key role in supporting decision-making across all areas of the business—from creator management to new ventures and M&A.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on finance leader to help shape the financial architecture of a modern media company operating at the frontier of the creator economy.
