Multimedia Content Creation & Production Intern — Summer 2025

Latin Quarter is a cultural network dedicated to uniting, investing in, and championing Latino and multicultural leaders to create equitable pathways and increase representation in the media industry. As an intern, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work alongside the biggest names in film, music, sports, and digital content, helping to shape how brands engage with audiences.

Our Multimedia Content Creation & Production Intern willl be on the front lines of our storytelling engine, cutting vibrant short-form videos that travel across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and IRL screens at Latin Quarter events. If you geek out over motion graphics, know the difference between a hook and a CTA, and thrive in fast-moving creative rooms, you’ll love this internship.

Responsibilities

| 60 % | Edit & Publish

• Edit vertical and horizontal video (30–90 sec) for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube episodes.
•  Implement captions, lower thirds, and light motion graphics that stay on-brand.
• Optimize every export for platform specs, trends, and algorithms.

| 25 % | Ideate & Shoot

• Brainstorm hooks, series concepts, and social challenges alongside producers.
• Assist on-se at events: run B-cam, pull focus, slate, light, and capture BTS. 

| 15 % | Analyze & Iterate

• Track performance with basic analytics dashboards.
• Present weekly learnings and pitch tweaks for higher retention and share-rates.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Film/TV, Digital Media, Communications, or similar.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus: After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Strong sense of pacing, music selection, and social storytelling.
• Familiarity with creator-economy trends, meme culture, and Latinx/BIPOC narratives.
• Comfortable juggling multiple edits and meeting rapid deadlines.
• Excellent verbal & written communication; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
