About the Position
As a Lead Graphic Designer at Cardlytics, you will spearhead the creative process to produce visually compelling and impactful designs that elevate our brand and engage our audience. This pivotal role shapes our visual identity across digital, print, and social media platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative design solutions that support marketing and business objectives. Location: Hybrid role based out of one of our US offices in Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; or Menlo Park, CA.
- Maintain CDLX Corporate Brand Design Guidelines
- Support Sales collateral production (polishing, formatting, imagery, graphics, custom fonts, designs)
- Lead High-Profile Design Projects. Enhance company-wide presentations, executive board decks, and blog visuals; develop impactful materials for FI Partnerships and Advertiser Sales teams, with a focus on key accounts and strategic meetings.
- Drive Marketing Design Initiatives. Spearhead creative for event marketing campaigns, craft engaging content marketing assets, and lead the creative direction for the annual Summit, encompassing all aspects of branding and material development.
- Shape and Maintain Brand Identity. Develop and implement CDLX Brand Voice guidelines, ensure consistent brand representation across all communications, collaborate on market positioning, and create comprehensive style guides and templates to maintain brand cohesion company-wide.
- Create, execute, and manage top-tier design and creative work
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership on templates and collateral
- Maintain design integrity amid tight deadlines and high expectations
- Lead and mentor other designers
- Implement and develop Cardlytics' visual identity across US and Global markets
- 8+ years of design experience (strong background in brand, art direction, data visualization)
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Film Production, or related field
- Exceptional core design skills (pixel perfection, typography, layout, interaction, visual branding)
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple iterations
- Strong track record of independent work and influencing others' designs
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams/departments
- Leadership and mentorship attributes (team management experience a plus)
- Strong conceptual and creative skills, coupled with high-end, hands-on design abilities
- Experience in Fintech or B2B

Compensation
At Cardlytics salary ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, and location. Individual compensation may be determined by relevant skills, experience, education, training, and other role-specific criteria. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of the aforementioned factors.The base salary range provided below does not include bonuses and additional benefits.
The annual US base salary range for this role is:
$120,000 - $135,000
