Bingewatch Media is a culture-driven production company and content studio blending dance, storytelling, and tech into viral video, original series, and digital-first experiences. We operate at high speed with a small, creative team in Hollywood.


About the Role

We’re looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to anchor the chaos of running a boutique production company. This role is equal parts logistics, admin, and creative wrangling—supporting the CEO and keeping our studio ecosystem running smoothly.


Responsibilities

– Manage CEO’s calendar, task flow, and daily priorities

– Organize performance schedules and studio bookings

– Coordinate travel for visiting performers (flights, hotels, ground)

– Track contracts, invoices, and freelancer paperwork for payroll

– Sign off on team hours and manage invoice submissions

– Liaise with creative teams, vendors, and collaborators

– Oversee general office purchases (coffee, water, supplies)

– Maintain active task boards (Trello), docs, and shared calendars

– Proof, prep, and draft communications, decks, and briefs

– Be the CEO’s second brain and buffer—anticipate, follow through, repeat


Skills & Qualities

– 3+ years in admin, ops, or production coordination

– Fluent in Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, Trello, social platforms, and ChatGPT workflows

– Strong communicator with excellent grammar, tone, and timing

– High EQ, extreme discretion, organized under pressure

– Fast, visual, clear, responsive, and reliable


Schedule & Pay

– Contract role, 10–20 hours/week

– Hybrid: Remote + Hollywood-based studio

– $30–$45/hr depending on experience and availability
