Digital Media Manager

Job Title: Digital Content Manager

Department: Marketing and Communications

Reports To: Director of Communications

Position Overview:

The Digital Content Manager is responsible for creating and overseeing the development of all digital and graphic content for the Club, including promotional videos, social media posts, internal graphics, and signage. This role works closely with the Director of Communications to enhance brand visibility and communication strategies for events, sponsorships, and Club initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

• Produce and catalog a photo and video content library, ensuring high-quality and up-to-date materials for all digital platforms.
• Manage the Club’s website, including webpage design and content updates.
• Develop and produce branding videos and other digital media to support Club messaging and campaigns, working with subcontractors and other creators where necessary.

Social Media Creative:

• Manage the Club's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), ensuring regular and engaging posts.
• Produce and schedule social media campaigns.
• Work with Director of Communications to measure performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Additional Tasks:

• Collect, edit, and catalog staff portraits (Board of Directors, Technical Staff, Coaches, etc.) for various Club communications.
• Assist with additional projects and adapt to the Club's evolving needs.

Requirements:

• A college degree or equivalent experience in graphic and video design/production, preferably within a sports or non-profit environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Canva, and video and graphic development editing tools as required.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other relevant productivity tools.
• Familiarity with adopting and adapting to new technologies and digital platforms.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, and willingness to travel as needed within the region.

Compensation and Employment Terms:

• Base salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
