A boutique talent management firm is seeking a Talent Manager to oversee and guide a roster of entertainment clients. The manager will be expected to take ownership of client relationships, provide strategic career guidance, and actively seek new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a roster of clients and act as their primary point of contact
• Identify and pitch talent for casting, press, and brand opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with agents, casting directors, studios, and producers
• Track client goals, contracts, negotiations, and deal flow
• Guide clients on career strategy, media training, and professional development

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in talent management, agency, or casting
• Strong industry network and proven track record of placing or booking talent
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and shifting priorities with professionalism
