A boutique talent management firm is seeking a Talent Manager to oversee and guide a roster of entertainment clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a roster of clients and act as their primary point of contact
- Identify and pitch talent for casting, press, and brand opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, casting directors, studios, and producers
- Track client goals, contracts, negotiations, and deal flow
- Guide clients on career strategy, media training, and professional development
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in talent management, agency, or casting
- Strong industry network and proven track record of placing or booking talent
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and shifting priorities with professionalism
