Responsibilities include:

Coordinate creation and approval of myriad assets supporting the majority of releases, including but not limited to all artwork, photoshoots and bios
This includes sourcing vendors, project tracking and getting artist/manager approvals. If you are interested in creating some covers on your own that is encouraged but optional
Manage the utilization of these assets including but not limited to;
Delivering to distribution, updating Spotify profiles, and facilitating graphic project pages in DISCO
Coordinate any physical product needs of the frontline label along with Sr. Director of Distribution; most often this will mean delivering templates to the artists’ creative lead and reviewing their work, filling in any gaps, putting on final touches to get beautiful packages to our production partners on time and under budget
With design input from the Product Managers, design and frequently update artist specific one-sheets for frontline label artists as needed. Not all updates will be your responsibility but anything graphical will be.
Lead creation of social assets for Position Music accounts with direction from Digital Dept
Some of these will be templated while others will be bespoke
Be a resource to the label team for in-house graphic help, not as a substitute for 3rd parties but as an adjunct for quick edits, time-sensitive projects, file manipulation (eg. Motion Art files for Apple, downsizing, upsizing) or time sensitive tweaks
Work with the admin team on optimizing internal processes and systems like Monday, DISCO, Release Calendar, Creative Requests, etc.
For certain projects, you will pitch them for editorial looks via DSP portals
Develop strong working relations with our internal teams and clients. Be a trusted, reliable source of information and support for them
Liaise and develop strong working relationships with our external partners and suppliers
Ensure the highest standards of communication, organization, and efficiency across all departments

Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant work experience at a record label, publisher or agency
A strong creative eye and ongoing curiosity in art and design
A proactive self-starter with an industrious, entrepreneurial nature and ability to take the initiative and problem-solve independently
Experience working with content creation software (specifically Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut)
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, this is an absolute must
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Think both creatively and analytically to solve problems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to listen, engage and work collaboratively with a diverse range of creative and professional stakeholders
Knowledgeable about current music and design trends
Experience working with project management tools such as Monday.com

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000

Reporting to: GM, Recorded Music
