As a Managing Producer with the Disney Live Entertainment-Disney Signature Experiences team you will lead the development and delivery strategy of multiple projects and events across the Disney Cruise Line fleet and the expansion of our growing business. While working with all operating and creative partners, you will set the inclusive and optimistic tone in any project to bring a vision to life in an atmosphere that promotes support, balance, and perspective from all levels in the organization.

You will report to the Director of Production, Design and Technical.

What You Will Do

• Oversee direct work with Producers and Production Leadership, as well as clients, to establish project strategy, scope, and deliverables.
• Partner with Production leadership to assign strong production teams with complimentary skills to promote growth and development at all levels.
• Review projects/events in progress as to development, schedule, and budget, as well as communicate with management and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with operational partners to ensure sustainability of new shows/offerings.
• Assume oversight of development of creative content and show quality of all productions assigned.
• Deliver on specific and measurable targets through collaborative team environment.
• Produce projects/events as required.
• Invest in the development of the Cast and prepare them for future opportunities.
• Provide outstanding, timely, and personable recognition to your cast for individual and project team accomplishments.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings while advocating well-being and balance for all those related to the project.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities, take initiative, earn respect, and establish credibility with both creative and strategic partners
• Proven functional leadership ability, including problem-solving, influencing abilities, negotiating skills, and continuous improvement process experience
• Public speaking experience and influential executive interface
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to lead conflict resolution with proven successful experience in team building and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong presentation experience, as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Work in a collaborative team environment
• Adaptable to a wide variety of working environments
• Mentorship and development skills
• Proficiency with software/computer programs
• Be available for extended domestic and international travel
• Valid Passport

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years background combined in stage management, production, creative direction, or technical subject areas combined with 4 years minimum as Producer
• Cruise Line, Theme Park and/or branded entertainment experience or equivalent
• Experience of Entertainment Show Production and Entertainment Operations

Education

• Bachelor's degree in entertainment production or related field or equivalent experience
