General Information:

This is the Los Angeles County Campus Application for internships. This application is intended for current university students and recent graduates. Please only submit this application once per cycle. Academic Credit is an available form of compensation.


  • The Internship will be from April 8th - May 17th
  • Internship hours will be twice a week from 9am-5pm

Locations and Departments:

We are looking for interns at our Hollywood office. Once selected, choose which departments are of top interest based on availability for that location. We are mainly looking to hire interns for our talent development and audition facilitation departments. Please note that internship departments for internships vary each session and are contingent upon business needs.

About the Internship:

This internship is an educational, hands-on and project-based experience. Interns will have the opportunity to network with agents and industry executives. The Spring Internship Program is a part time opportunity . All internships are un-paid opportunities that offer academic credit as a form of compensation. Overtime will not be permitted. Interns are responsible for their own transportation and housing.

Goals and Objectives:


  • Learn effective entertainment industry communication
  • Receive routine feedback and evaluation from industry professionals
  • Under our supervision, you will assist executives with all forms of talent representation, talent marketing, speaking engagements, personal appearance, and other events. You will participate in the creative side of the business by helping pick talent to sign, brainstorming marketing strategies, researching celebrities, production companies and Ad agencies for possible bookings and campaigns, and compiling full bios for client proposals.
  • Network with entertainment industry professionals
  • This internship acts as an extension of the classroom by providing real life application to communication, marketing, and advertising concepts.

  • Potential to provide exposure to the various deals that are made with studios, as well as the mechanics involved in building out contracts

  • Work closely with agents having experience with over 100 productions and over 10 years in the entertainment industry.

Duties & Responsibilities (Varies upon interns):


  • Data Entry
  • Researching potential brands and campaigns for celebrity clients.
  • Participating on Client Calls
  • Greeting Clients
  • Comfortable with Media Outreach
  • Facilitating Auditions for TV shows and Commercials
  • Phone Answering
  • Light Emailing
  • Talent Profile Creation
  • Office Organization
  • Assist with basic administration duties
  • Assist with talent onboarding

Eligibility:

Spring 2024 Internships for our Hollywood Office


  • Applicants must be able to work part-time, 16-20 hours per week or 100 hours to complete the Spring internship
  • Applicants should have a graduation date June 2024 - June 2026
  • Location: Los Angeles, CA


This is an unpaid internship with academic credit offered as a form of compensation.
