Tesla sets the bar for a trustworthy & resilient charging network. The Charging Operations team ensures that Tesla continues to deliver the best possible charging customer experience through proactive engagement and growth of the global charging network.
The Tesla Diner Experience Specialist works within the Charging Operations team and the role is based in Los Angeles, CA. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience at the Tesla Diner. The primary responsibilities will focus on managing audio/visual experience, content programming, digital experience, menu reviews, and providing coverage support for the Location Manager responsible for facility and asset management. The individual will collaborate with several internal Tesla teams (Design Studio, Merchandise, UI, App, Procurement, and Leadership) and multiple external vendors. Responsibilities of the role may change over time. Seeking an individual who is passionate about providing unparalleled and immersive customer experience for charging and dining.
Must be available to work weekends and on holidays.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in pre-opening program development and testing
- Responsible for the drive-in movie schedule, coordination of content changes, audio visual management and AV disruptions
- Maintain accuracy of information transmitting into the digital experience, working with internal Tesla teams on issues or planned updates & serve as a point of escalation with digital experience teams and vendors for UI, App, and web information or issues
- Collaborate with the restaurant operator and internal teams on menu changes, testing, and roll-out
- Work closely with the Tesla Merchandise team on inventory and planning
- Review customer feedback scoring and develop processes for short and long-term planning to improve overall customer experience
- Provide coverage for the Location Manager who is responsible for facility management and asset performance of the location
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent experience
- Impeccable attention to detail and an eye for efficiency
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Superb organizational skills with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Focused personality with the ability to maintain a flexible attitude toward critical tasks
- Previous experience working in property or facility management
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Expected Compensation
$83,600 - $285,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
