Texas Capital Bank is looking for a full-time Video Production Assistant to support all aspects of video, photography, and audio-visual production. Candidates must have experience in live audio-visual event production, studio-based and/or remote-based video production including camera operation, lighting design and/or setup, studio and/or remote audio recording, audio reinforcement, wireless and boom operation. This candidate will also assist in studio maintenance and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Setup lights, cameras, microphones, and peripheral video equipment for live and recorded productions
  • Assist during live and recorded video productions and photo shoots
  • Operate studio cameras, audio mixers, teleprompter as needed
  • Communicate with clients and assist in scheduling studio time
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and talent
  • Assist in post-production as needed
  • Support maintenance of studio project archive
  • Perform related duties as assigned
Required Skills, Education & Certifications
  • Degree in film, marketing, communication, related field, or demonstrated work experience in audio visual field
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience at an event production company, production studio, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with administrative tasks
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Flexibility to work hours beyond business hours if necessary
  • Requires moving and setting up audio visual equipment so candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Travel up to 20% if necessary
  • Ability to multitask
