More Views Media is seeking a Video Podcast Producer with the intention of getting more content out of the ITM Podcast and other projects coming down the pipeline, including what will become our flagship brand, MLB Now.

We've reached over 150 million pageviews on written content this year, but need an impact contributor to get the most out of our video & audio offerings.

Responsibilities:

For each podcast that comes out (weekly for now, twice a week in-season), we would like to post the following:

Full Video Podcast On YouTube
Audio Podcast On Buzzsprout
Roughly Five YouTube Videos (Clips From Full Show)
Edited/Captioned Social Promo In YouTube Shorts Format
YouTube Shorts (Reformatted Clips From Full Show)
Social Media Graphics/Content

We will be offering a cut of revenue with an unlimited ceiling well beyond $1,000 per month for content producers who help grow the platform successfully.
