Job Description

Agency Intern — Innova Talent Agency

Innova Talent Agency is seeking a motivated, organized, and resourceful Agency Intern to support our growing talent agency and gain hands-on experience in entertainment, talent representation, booking, and agency operations.

This internship is ideal for someone interested in talent management, entertainment business, event production, sales, or marketing who wants real-world experience working directly with agents, talent, venues, event producers, and entertainment buyers.

The Agency Intern will support both the business development and administrative sides of the agency, with opportunities to learn how talent representation and booking work from initial outreach through contract execution, travel coordination, and event completion.

Responsibilities

  • Research venues, festivals, colleges, nightlife organizations, corporate clients, Pride organizations, and other potential talent buyers.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective buyers and assist with developing new booking opportunities for agency talent.
  • Maintain and update buyer, venue, and client contact databases.
  • Assist with onboarding new talent and collecting necessary agency information and materials.
  • Support booking administration, including updating booking information and tracking important deadlines and deliverables.
  • Assist with booking and coordinating flights, hotels, and ground transportation for talent.
  • Help maintain organized talent profiles, travel information, calendars, and internal agency records.
  • Assist with follow-ups, scheduling, research projects, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Learn the full booking process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation support, contracting, travel coordination, and post-event follow-up.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable communicating through email and phone. The ideal candidate has strong research and writing skills, pays close attention to detail, and is genuinely interested in the business side of entertainment.

Experience in entertainment is not required. We are looking for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with the agency.

This internship offers direct exposure to the day-to-day operations of a working talent agency and the opportunity to build professional relationships across entertainment, nightlife, live events, and talent representation.

College credit and learning-hour verification are available for eligible students. Strong performers may be considered for expanded responsibilities and future commission-based opportunities with the agency.

Innova Talent Agency is committed to creating an inclusive working environment and strongly encourages applicants with an interest in LGBTQ+ entertainment, culture, and live events to apply.
