Job Description
🎨 We're Hiring: AI Animators, Game Artists & Creative Talent!
Great creativity meets new technology. Come create with us.
At Nurture, we're changing how animated stories, characters and interactive games are made. With our own AI-native creative platform, we're bringing together exceptional creative talent to create incredible animation, games and music for some of the world's most exciting entertainment brands.
We're growing our international network of freelance creatives, with opportunities ranging from project-based hourly work to part-time and full-time engagements as our production needs evolve.
It's a chance to work with brilliant people, bring beloved characters and new worlds to life, and help shape the future of creative production. At Nurture, we believe AI should expand creative possibilities, not replace creative judgement. We're looking for talented people across three areas:
🎨 AI Asset Artists
Creating beautiful, consistent characters, environments and visual worlds that can be used across animation and games.
🎬 AI Animators
Bringing characters and stories to life through performance, emotion, movement and compelling AI-powered animation.
🎮 AI Game Artists
Creating game-ready characters, sprites, animations and visual assets for interactive and playable experiences.
Who we'd love to meet
Creative people with a strong eye for storytelling, character, design and visual quality. People who are curious, experimental, technically resourceful and excited about the future of AI-assisted creative production.
You might be an experienced animator, character artist, game artist or an emerging AI creator producing extraordinary work.
You don't need to fit neatly into one role. We're particularly interested in versatile creatives who can work across disciplines.
✨ Flexible opportunities
Our projects vary in size and duration, so we're interested in connecting with creatives who are available for anything from a few freelance hours a week to more substantial part-time or full-time commitments.
✨ Interested?
We'd love to know a little about you, why Nurture interests you and see some of the recent work you're most proud of.
