Fulton Management is a well-established entertainment business management and public accounting firm serving high-net-worth individuals in television, film, and digital media. With a team of approximately 50 professionals, we provide comprehensive client accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management services in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

We are seeking an Assistant Business Manager / Bookkeeper who is organized, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in entertainment business management.


About the Role

The Assistant Business Manager supports Business Managers with day-to-day client accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working in a paperless, technology-driven accounting environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Journal entries and general ledger accounting
  • Payroll processing (Paychex experience preferred)
  • Maintaining multiple sets of general ledgers for individual and entity clients
  • Accounting and administrative support related to client financial reporting


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Excel strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting or Business Management a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
