Job Description
Artists First is seeking an experienced Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize complex information is essential to the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as key administrative support for Manager
• Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
• Execute administrative needs including scheduling, file organization/record-keeping, information tracking, submissions, note-taking, etc
• Book travel, prepare itineraries, manage calendars, rolling calls and other administrative tasks
• Performs a mix of administrative and logistical duties
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1-2 years of assistant experience preferred
• Experience with InEntertainment, Breakdown Express, CastIt, Vimeo, Microsoft, Google Suite strongly preferred
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self sufficiency; the ability to be proactive and organized
• Attention to detail
• Based in Los Angeles and willing to commute to our Century City office 5-days a week.
