Boutique talent management company with ~15 clients seeking an assistant/coordinator to support a high-volume, fast-paced desk (the CEO). 1 year of assistant experience at an agency or management company preferred. Candidates must be highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented with superior communication skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.


Duties include handling client appointments, managing travel/schedule for the manager and clients, booking glam, rolling calls, PA tasks for clients and CEO, script coverage, attending events, working on set, submitting tapes, creating pitches, etc. Every day is different and exciting.


The position is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in Los Angeles. In-person training in Century City is required, along with occasional in-person support for events and errands.


Start date: ASAP -- Weds April 22 for 2 weeks training; take over desk May 1


Qualifications:


  • Agency or management experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure without errors
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor with high-profile talent
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Absolute discretion when handling confidential information
  • Self-starter with a high level of accountability and a strong work ethic


Compensation: Hourly, DOE, with overtime and benefits. Rate comparable to major agencies.
