Audience Development Specialist

We’re building a new digital content network and are looking for passionate creatives excited to help build the next generation of brand-integrated entertainment. The Audience Development Specialist will drive audience growth, social engagement, and host amplification across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Kick, Twitch, and X.

This is a Contract position, with opportunity to grow into full-time as our network expands.

Responsibilities

• Manage social publishing, scheduling, and creative testing across all platforms
• Track analytics and performance to guide optimization strategies
• Coordinate paid clip boosts and cross-promotion between shows
• Collaborate with producers and designers to create engaging content moments
• Develop insights to increase retention and community engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or creator growth
• Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and other creator platforms
• Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy in real time
• Creative eye for trends and platform-native storytelling
