We are looking for a high-performing, well-connected Independent Sales Partner to connect top-tier creators with leading brands and agencies. If you live and breathe the creator ecosystem, know exactly who holds the budgets at major media agencies, and specialize in the Hispanic and multicultural marketing space, this is your next big play.

This is an autonomous, commission-only, 1099 position designed for an established closer. You bring the relationships and the strategic hustle; we provide a powerhouse talent roster ready for premium integrations. • Drive Revenue: Prospect, pitch, and close high-value brand sponsorships, custom integrations, and long-term multi-platform campaigns.
• Unlock Budgets: Secure direct meetings with key decision-makers at brands and agency holding companies specifically looking to invest in Hispanic and multicultural audiences.
• End-to-End Deal Management: Own the sales cycle from initial outreach and custom creative pitching to contract negotiation and final sign-off.
• Collaborate: Partner with our talent management team to seamlessly align a brand’s KPIs with our creators’ authentic voices.

• The Network: You have an active, warm book of business with brand marketers, strategy leads, and media buyers—specifically those managing Hispanic, Latam, or multicultural ad spend.
• Industry Credibility: 3–5+ years of experience closing deals in influencer marketing, digital media sales, talent agency representation or YouTube experience.
• Creator Fluency: You understand the metrics that matter today (engagement, watch time, usage rights, whitelisting, and multi-platform distribution).
