We’re an official YouTube partner building technology and services that help creators grow their audiences, protect their content, and generate meaningful revenue. Since 2012, Collab has paid out hundreds of millions of dollars to creators and continues to shape how the creator economy works behind the scenes.

The RoleThis internship supports our Content, Licensing, and Partnerships efforts, where a high volume of detail-oriented work powers a small, expert team.

You won’t be doing busy work. You’ll work directly with people managing creator rights, content protection, and partnerships at scale, and get a real look at how YouTube operates behind the scenes.

This is a great role for someone interested in media, YouTube, or the creator economy, and who wants hands-on experience inside a fast-moving, high-impact team.

What You’ll Do
  • Organize and maintain strike lists, helping resolve open items and move data into a CRM for the licensing team
  • Respond to “more info needed” requests and track YouTube counter notifications tied to content enforcement
  • Support promotional video detail sheets used across partner channels
  • Research and identify potential promo partners and YouTube channels
  • Help organize content for partners and track performance across channels
  • Jump into additional projects that support the team’s day-to-day work

Program Details

  • Schedule: Up to 10 hours per week
  • Pay: ~$18/hour
