Who are we hiring?

The primary function of this role will be to assist in the planning and execution of Venue Tour Experiences and Productions sales strategy and ticketing operations. This candidate will be responsible for multiple tasks that drive the success of ticketing and sales efforts within the Revenue Strategy and Operations department. Tasks consist of coordinating sales channel reporting, data interpretation, inventory optimization, and communicating updates to multiple stakeholders.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with multiple departments in the development, planning and implementation of strategic ticket sales campaigns
  • Partner with Data & Analytics to develop tracking and measurement reports to support revenue objectives
  • Update information across multiple touchpoints (e.g., internal and external websites, etc.)
  • Optimization of sales channels and inventory
  • Prepare sales enablement materials to ensure sales representatives have proper sales knowledge and tools to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Support venue hospitality needs and ancillary product sales
  • Assist in budget tracking and cost management
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

What do you need to succeed?

  • Undergraduate Degree and/or 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics, TM One, Tableau
  • A passion for data, and an understanding of how to apply data to make business decisions
  • Experience in a guest-facing industry that has a focus on customer experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to explain complex analytical concepts in short-hand to a broad audience
  • Strong MS Office skill level (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Advanced quantitative and problem-solving skills
