Influencers Specialist

Location: Miami, FL

Overview

Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is seeking a detail-oriented Influencers Specialist to support influencer programs for the US market. This role partners closely with the Head of Communications and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that align with brand standards, market needs, and global guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Support the planning and day-to-day execution of US influencer campaigns (owned and retailer-led) across mega, macro, and mid-tier talent.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, gather assets, manage timelines, and coordinate approvals to ensure on-brand, authentic content.
  • Manage seeding lists, shipment tracking, and follow-ups to drive organic content.
  • Coordinate event logistics for influencers (RSVPs, glam, call sheets, fashion pulls) and support on-site as needed.

Talent Sourcing & Negotiation Support

  • Research and shortlist up-and-coming and trending creators aligned to campaign objectives and brand positioning.
  • Liaise with agents and creators to collect rates, deliverables, usage terms, and content calendars; support negotiations to secure favorable terms.

Budget, Admin & Compliance

  • Track POs, invoices, and actuals against budgets; maintain up-to-date trackers and files.
  • Ensure creator compliance with brand, retailer, and legal guidelines (disclosures, usage, deadlines).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance and pull metrics using platform dashboards and internal tools to evaluate ROI and campaign health.
  • Compile weekly and post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future activations.

Cross-Functional & Retailer Support

  • Coordinate with PR, Social, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, and Retailer teams to align briefs, calendars, and deliverables.
  • Support retailer promotions and events by aligning influencer activities and content requirements.


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, or communications; luxury and/or beauty experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience compiling performance reports and basic ROI insights.
  • Proficiency with influencer platforms (e.g., Traackr or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the US influencer and retailer landscape.
  • Ownership mindset and service-oriented approach.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
