Job Description
Executive Assistant to CEO
Experience Level: 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar high-level support role.
G&B Digital Management is a leading talent management firm representing 120+ digital Creators across fashion, beauty, food, family, wellness, and lifestyle. As a two-time Inc. 5000 Honoree, we don’t simply participate in the Creator Economy, we’ve helped shape it. Our team pairs best-in-class strategy with cultural fluency to grow Creators into category leaders and build brand partnerships that last. With a strong POV, a culture of excellence, and a deep belief in intentional representation, G&B is where talent is developed with vision, and careers are built to endure.
About the Role
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. We are seeking an exceptional, high-bandwidth Executive Business Partner to serve as a direct multiplier to the CEO's time, focus, and strategic vision as G&B expands into its next decade.
In this role, your primary objective is to learn how the CEO’s mind works…anticipating needs, triaging priorities, connecting the dots across our talent roster, studio properties, and educational initiatives, and optimizing every hour of the week to align with the company’s broader vision. You will act as a thought partner, operational anchor, and life-organizer, seamlessly bridging the gap between professional commitments and personal management in Los Angeles.
If you thrive in high-autonomy environments, think three steps ahead, and obsess over details without losing sight of the big picture, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Go far beyond basic scheduling…proactively design, protect, and optimize the CEO's daily and weekly schedule to ensure focus is directed toward high-impact strategic priorities across G&B, COI, and studio properties.
- Partner with the CEO every week to evaluate incoming opportunities, sort competing demands, and re-prioritize activities based on the long-term vision of the company.
- Act as a radar for what’s next…flagging critical items, tracking open loops, and ensuring the CEO is always focused on the most important next thing.
- Build and maintain systems that organize the CEO’s life seamlessly across both internal office operations and personal commitments.
- Coordinate on-the-ground logistics, high-stakes local meetings, travel, personal projects, and key industry relationships with extreme precision.
- Ensure transitions between work obligations, external commitments, and personal life run with friction-free discipline.
- Deeply study the CEO’s decision-making frameworks, communication style, and workflow preferences to act as an effective extension of their mind.
- Take complex, ambiguous problems across multiple company verticals and independently devise creative, structured solutions before bringing them to the CEO.
- Filter, summarize, and synthesize incoming information, communications, and project updates so the CEO can make rapid, well-informed decis
What the CEO is Looking For
- 2-4 Years of experience with proven background in a fast-paced environment (media, agency, digital culture, or entertainment preferred) as an EA, Operations Associate, or Chief of Staff assistant.
- An exceptional eye for detail where nothing falls through the cracks, from complex logistics to minor calendar nuances.
- You don't wait for direction; you instinctively know what needs to be done next and execute before being asked.
- Ability to understand high-level business goals and evaluate daily tasks through the lens of those objectives.
- High EQ, adaptable, and able to build strong relationships while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
- Mindful. Loyal. Lacking (almost) all drama and cattiness.
Why Join G&B?
This position offers a rare front-row seat to high-level decision-making and business building in the Creator Economy. You will have direct impact, high visibility, and the ability to shape an indispensable operational role alongside a visionary leader at an exciting inflection point for our brand. PS…if you read this far down, kudos to you. Your attention to detail just may get you a audience if you can explain what an Istar is and does during your submission or interview.
How to Apply
Interested candidates should submit their resume along with a short paragraph describing a time you anticipated a manager's needs before they realized it themselves.
