Role Description The Producer at FEM Global is a full-time, remote. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production workflows between game publishers and outsource studios, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. The Producer will coordinate schedules, track milestones, manage project documentation, and facilitate communication among internal stakeholders and external partners. Responsibilities include identifying production risks, proposing mitigation plans, and continuously improving processes to streamline collaboration and reduce inefficiencies. The Producer will also help translate publisher expectations into clear requirements for outsource teams, provide regular status reports, and support strategic decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production or project management within games, interactive media, or a related creative industry.
  • Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners or vendors.
  • Comfort with using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and standard productivity software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and creative requirements between stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on practical solutions and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with game development pipelines, outsourcing workflows, and production best practices is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Production, Game Design, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greater Orlando and collaborate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
