Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Management: Lead the BD team to establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including but not limited to OEMs (Handset Manufacturers), top-tier Internet performance media (Google, Meta, TikTok), and global payment service providers.
- Non-Standard Traffic Acquisition: Secure high-quality non-standard traffic resources, including but not limited to WAP sites, Ad Networks, and download portals.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze industry-related information and trends to provide strategic decision support for the company.
- Channel Data Analysis: Responsible for the mining and analysis of channel data; evaluate channel performance to drive optimization, while systematically tracking and analyzing competitor channel data.
- Contract & Lifecycle Management: Lead business negotiations and the drafting of commercial contracts. Coordinate cross-departmental communications, oversee internal approval processes, and manage contract signing and ongoing post-signature maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum of 5 years of experience in App promotion with a proven track record. Must possess direct client or channel resources with global OEMs/Top-tier media. Candidates with experience in Web Novel (Reading) or Short Drama products and media buying (User Acquisition) are preferred.
- Industry Expertise: Deeply familiar with the operational models, requirements, and profit drivers shared between overseas media, advertisers, and agencies.
- Negotiation & Communication: Strong business negotiation skills; exceptional at professional communication and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical Insight: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to accurately grasp client needs and maintain keen market intuition.
- Leadership & Resilience: Strong team collaboration and management capabilities, with a high sense of responsibility and the ability to thrive under high pressure.
