Compensation: $20–$28/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a Graphic & Video Creative to support company-wide design, marketing

campaigns, and social media execution. This role spans high-level creative development and

day-to-day content production.

The ideal candidate can design polished key art and pitch materials, while also editing video

and posting content across social platforms. This is a hybrid role requiring both strong design

fundamentals and fast, practical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Company & Marketing Design

  • Design posters, key art, and promotional graphics for film, television, website, and connected TV campaigns
  • Create pitch decks and presentation materials for development, sales, and internal use
  • Develop marketing assets for premieres, marathons, and special events
  • Maintain visual consistency across brand, platform, and campaign creative

Content Creation (Video & Social)

  • Edit short-form video content (trailers, clips, social promos)
  • Capture screen grabs and create text-based image assets
  • Adapt creative for multiple formats (vertical, square, 16x9, etc.)

Social Media Execution

  • Post and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook
  • Write captions aligned with campaign messaging
  • Ensure platform-specific optimization of content

Campaign & Cross-Functional Support

  • Execute marketing campaigns from concept through delivery
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, programming, development, and streaming teams
  • Deliver assets on schedule and manage multiple deadlines

Asset Management

  • Organize and maintain creative assets within SharePoint, CMS, and internal systems
  • Prepare and version assets for internal teams and external partners

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro required; After Effects a plus)
  • Strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, composition)
  • Experience designing key art, posters, and presentation decks
  • Experience editing short-form video for social platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media formats and trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Clear communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in entertainment, streaming, or digital media
  • Familiarity with pitch materials for development or sales
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics and engagement
  • Experience working with CMS tools or content pipelines
  • Bilingual - Native Spanish Speaking/Writing
